or promotional literature. They are the first information that a potential
customer receives of your products or services. They are important as
they create the first impression which will determine if the customer
wants to know more about your company and its products.
Frequently they are characterised by having limited space available for
your message. Therefore it is all the more important that they use exactly
the right words and appropriate images that will attract, inform and convince
the market audience they are aimed at.
