Working closely with the company's product development team, to which we supplied specialist personnel, we structured, wrote and designed pre-installation guides, assembly instructions and user guides for a wide range of hydromassage products. An important element in this literature project was that the documentation had to be structured so that it could be published in up to five languages, either combined in a single document or in different formats for specific national markets.
